Ten units on land, at sea, and in the air
Only Rangers can capture a city. Transports carry them across the water. Everything else scouts, escorts, or bombards.

What's in the game
- Skirmish
- Pick a seed, map size, geography, and AI difficulty. The same seed and settings always make the same world.
- Operations
- Three training exercises, the nine-operation Greywater campaign, six Outer reaches assignments, and three historical studies. Medals are kept for each difficulty.
- Scenario editor
- Paint terrain, place cities and forces, write the briefing, and export the file to share it.
- Five themes
- Chart Room, Night Watch, Paper Atlas, System 8, and Compact Mac. The last two use pixel art units like the ones above.
- Text chart
- Play through written descriptions and buttons instead of the map. Production, orders, reports, and saves all work there.
- Offline
- It plays offline, with no account and no server.
